About Michel Weksler
Michel has been writing code since 1986, focusing on payments and fintech since 2003. He worked on large scale online payments systems at PayPal, Google, and Airbnb, and has experience building, maintaining, and scaling large software products.
Michel represented Airbnb for several years at the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), a standards body for the web. He has degrees in Computer Science (B.Sc. ), Psychology (B.Sc.), and Business Administration (MBA).
Since 2022 he has been working with startups in roles ranging from Interim CTO / VP Eng to coach, focusing on leadership, fintech and team scaling.
